Welcome to the Virginia Poultry Breeders Association site. We plan to post upcoming shows and events and other useful information.

VPBA's 2010 Fall Show

Our fall show will be on Saturday, November 20th at the State Fairgrounds of Virginia, Doswell, Virginia. We will have more information when available.

VPBA Club Meeting

The next Club Meeting will be at Joel's Swap on Sept 18th. Food will be catered for the Club Picnic/Meeting. Bring a chair.

Other Shows and Events

Chicken/Poultry Swap Meet, 360 Hardware, 625 Richmond-Tapp. Highway, Manquin, VA, September 11, 2010 from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. Small domestic and livestock animals are okay. Field provided for set up and parking. Vendors need to bring set up supplies. Homemade goods (soaps, honey, jams ,etc. and produce are welcome) Sign up with store ahead of time via email,Purina360,
or phone (804)746-1946. Contact: Katie Malone, Feed Specialist.

Trade Day - Please join us for the Trade Day events at Gilmanor Farm on Saturday September 18, 2010 from 8 a.m. - Until. The activities will take place rain or shine, with breakfast and lunch available for purchase. Sales spaces are $10.00 each. For information please contact Joel Gilman at 804-798-6514. Gilmanor Farm is located on Route 33 west of 295 approximately 4 1/2 miles on the left.
